Video of a strong arm robbery in San Francisco between 6th and Stevenson Street

Here's a video of what looks like a robbery in progress as a young Black male scraps with a Black woman. It looks like he lost his chain during the melee. Do these two people know each other or was she a victim of a crime? You be the judge.
